We offer three flexible membership options:
- Monthly — Billed every month
- Quarterly — Billed every 3 months
- Annually — Billed every 12 months
Your plan will renew automatically using the payment method you selected when you placed your original order. You can update or manage your subscription at any time using the steps below.

With any plan, you’ll receive full access to everything Clear Minds has to offer through the app, including:
- Unlimited access to over 350 hypnotherapy sessions across a wide range of topics
- Exclusive content not available on our website — members get access to three times more sessions
- In-app wellness tools to support your journey, including: Gratitude journaling, Personal achievements and milestones, Mind minutes tracker and Sobriety clocks.
This membership is designed to be your everyday support system for lasting change.

Best Practices for Listening to Your Sessions
To get the most from your hypnotherapy experience, we recommend the following:
- Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention
- Do not use hypnotherapy if you suffer from epilepsy
- Avoid caffeine or strenuous exercise for 2 to 3 hours before listening
- Use the bathroom beforehand so you can relax fully
- It’s normal to fall asleep during a session — they are designed to work with your subconscious
- Evening or bedtime is often the most effective time to listen
- Choose a quiet, comfortable space with no distractions
- Switch your phone to silent or flight mode to prevent interruptions
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Use headphones for an immersive experience
- Limit yourself to 1 or 2 sessions per day, plus a guided meditation if desired
- Focus on one topic at a time and repeat the same session for 7 to 10 days
- Concentrate on the words during the opening of the session to ease into a relaxed state
- These simple steps will help you get the best possible results.

How to Manage Your Membership
You can manage your subscription at any time through our secure Customer Portal. Here’s how:
- Go to https://clearminds.com/a/subscriptions/login
- Enter the email address linked to your membership
- Check your inbox for a login email (this can take a minute or two to arrive)
- Click the button in the email to access your Customer Portal
- From there, you’ll see your current and any previous memberships
- Click on the membership you want to manage
- You’ll be able to view your billing information, upcoming renewal date, and options to cancel, pause or switch plans
Please note: Any changes will take effect from your next billing date and not immediately.
When you first placed your order, you would have also received a confirmation email containing a link to manage your membership. You can use that at any time as well.
